Error Opening Electronics Desktop (multiple versions)

      Just recently, I started having issues opening the Ansys Electronics Desktop on my machine. I have tried re-installing the same version, and also uninstalling and then re-installing a different version, but the error remains. I have also tried rebooting the machine.       ,nA recent Windows update, Microsoft update KB4571756, results in one of the Windows functions crashing on startup.nFor versions 2018.0 and newer, please try setting the environment variable ANSYS_EM_DONOT_PRELOAD_3DDRIVER_DLL=1 to get around the problem.n nFor guidance on creating an Environment Variable please refer to this link.       Hello,nI am recently also having problems to open the Electronics Desktop 2019 R1. When you doubleclick, it simply does nothing. I can, however, perfectly open ANSYS EMIT and ANSYS Savant. nCould you, please, help me?nThank younn
