Error Opening Electronics Desktop (multiple versions)

  Just recently, I started having issues opening the Ansys Electronics Desktop on my machine. I have tried re-installing the same version, and also uninstalling and then re-installing a different version, but the error remains. I have also tried rebooting the machine.
