I am getting below error while giving background run in Ansys mechanical. Foreground run is working fine. Earlier both background and foreground runs ware working fine.nnANSYS LICENSE MANAGER ERROR:n Failover feature 'ANSYS Mechanical Enterprise' specified in license preferences is not available.n Request name ansys does not exist in the licensing pool.n No such feature exists.n Feature:      ansysnnPlease suggest if you have any idea on this.n

it appears you have an account for the ANSYS Customer Portal, are you able to login and create a Service Request? You'll receive the most direct support through a Service Request as more details may be necessary than can be shared on the forum.n
