SubscriberHi Kalyan Sir, nSir, I ran a steady simulation on the exhaust manifold with coupled algorithms, and the residual and results which I was getting were not appropriate I mean the residual was blowing for your reference I attached the snap so, but when I simulated with the SIMPLE algorithm by keeping other parameters same I got appropriate results.nSo, sir may I know what was the reason for residual was blowing? And How he gave correct results for the same conditions when ran with a SIMPLE algorithm. Thanks in advance.nnThank you,nAbu Bakar khan n

AdministratornIf you wish to ask a new question, please create a new post for this. This would provide a better visibility to your question.nIt is possible that some problems converge with seggregated solvers better than on a Coupled. This is because of the differences between the two solvers - more importantly, how they solve the questions. Please read this page to understand the difference (Fluent Theory Guide). nWithout much knowledge of the problem you are attempting to solve, it might be difficult to answer this in specific terms.nThank you.nKarthiknn -
