Incorrect current conduction in 3D simulation

      Hi,

I'm simulating an ironless linear motor in 3D model,

I found current flow from one coil to neighboring coil via contacted face,

It's not correct in realistic operation.

Even I set a little gap between them, it still happened.

The current flow should be restricted inside coil solid.

How to fix it? To avoid current flowing via the contacted face?

      Thanks,

      Vincent

Hi, nYou may try assigning an insulating boundary to the coils. Select the coil, right mouse click-->assign boundary-->insulating.n
