SubscriberHi
Thanks @nchode for your answer regarding export the full model from Motor-CAD into Ansys 2020R1. When I open the .vbs file, I got the following error:
[error] Maxwell2d solver, process solver2d error: Internal Solver Error: 'Geometry does not comply with pure rotation motion! (ErrAngle = 2.5007 degree)'. Please contact ANSYS technical support. (1:12:19 PM Feb 03, 2021)
[error] Simulation completed with execution error on server: Local Machine. (1:12:20 PM Feb 03, 2021)
[error] Script macro error: Simulation for Concordia_IPM_Feb3_ANSYSEM_2D : Motor-CAD Concordia_IPM_Feb3 has failed with execution error. (1:12:21 PM Feb 03, 2021)
Based on other's questions I changed the version of Ansys to 2019R2, but the error is the same. Could you please help me to solve this?
Thanks in advance

SubscriberHi,
Mesh > initial mesh settings > use slider> change the resolution by the slider and run the simulation to see if it works, it may take a couple of tries, but it works!Viewing 4 reply threads- The topic ‘Error: ‘Geometry does not comply with pure rotation motion!’ is closed to new replies.
