Why does it not allow me to plot the E Field in HFSS?

For more information, I am trying to simulate lightning on various objects. I am using HFSS to try and find the electric field that is produced by by the lightning. Similar to this example:nn

nPlease make sure you select at least one object in your geometry when trying to plot any fields.nAll the best.nBest Regards,n

Even when I am selecting one object though it still doesn't let me plot any fields as it shows in my picture below. Are there certain parameters or excitations that have to be set up in a certain way in order to plot the electric and magnetic fields?nn

ArrayHere are screenshots of my Solution Type and Solution setup. As I am looking at it, I am realizing that I might know what the problem is. I think my problem is the Saved Fields solution setup. In order to simulate the electric fields on any object, do I need to add that object to the list and enable the saving of fields? nn

HiArray,nPlease create a object or face list to enable the save fields option for Transient analysis. Go through Creating an object list section in the HFSS Help PDF document for detailed information. You can also go through Adding a Solution Setup for Transient Solutions section for more details from the same HFSS help document.nAll the very best.nBest Regards,n
