  I'm trying to design a bimorph piezoelectric harvester at the ANSYS Workbench. How can I add a resistor with MEMS, and what are the electrical boundary conditions can you help? If anyone has a sample project, can he send it to bugrrasen@gmail.com so that I can get informationn

  There is no such tool in the MEMS ACT extension which I think you refer to.nnThe RC circuit elements are added manually using apdl command snippets.You can search this forum (and other forums) for some examples:n/forum/discussion/7712/circuit-modeling-to-model-piezoelectric-harvestern
