SubscriberHi Peter/ others,
I have a shell body ( Midsurface) with Beams (C channel and Tubular) welded to it. I used beam elements from Ansys space claim. Created Mid surface from solidbody imported from NX. I wanted to do Hydrostatic pressure study for stress and deformation inside my tank ( Midsurface body). After giving bonded contact with beam elements and my surface body. I tried solving it. I am getting an error "Solver pivot warnings have been encountered during the solution. This is usually a result of an ill conditioned matrix possibly due to unreasonable material properties, an under constrained model, or contact related issues. Check results carefully." Can anyone help me with this pls?
Update: I switched off Solver pivot in analysis settings. Now I a

Try doing a Modal analysis and see if you can find any rigid body modes. Forum ModeratorPlease do a Modal analysis first with the same BCs and see if you see any zero-frequency modes.
