      I would like to simulate the tensile test of a orthotropic unidirectional composite material. The material exhibits different stress-strain curves at different strain rates.

      nOpen ANSYS Help. Go to the Mechanical APDL section, then the Material Reference. There you will find Chapter 4.5 Rate-Dependent Plasticity (Viscoplasticity).nThere are a a few models for high strain rates such as Exponential Visco-Hardening (EVH) Option.
