SubscriberThank you! for your kind reply, by the way I have one more question about the Reporting Interval and Profile Update Interval, If I increase both of them from 1 (default) to 10, the results are also too much different. I saw in the manual that, if my profile computation is expensive, so I have to increase these values, but the results are too much different, for example, If I keep both of them by default(1), so I get concentration of a species 7E-03kmol/m^3, but if I increase both of them to 10, I get concentration of a species is only 3E-03kmol/m^3. What makes a huge difference? And which one gives the best results? Thank you again!n -

Ansys EmployeeIf you are using Profile UDF or Profile Expression which varies in time or does change somehow the profile update interval might affect the run. The Report interval does affect how much text is printed in the console and sometimes used to tell Fluent to run a minimum of iterations /coefficient loops every transient.n
