divergence detected in AMG solver : temperature

  how can i overcome that error please
  i reduced the energy under relaxation factor to 0.8 and gave me the same error

  Reduce time step size and check mesh metrics. Also try to help the solver by limiting the temperature to real values.nAlso update to a supported Ansys Release version.n
