SubscriberWhen I built a model of coplanar waveguide, and set a wave port, it appear a problem when the simulation started, the software show that 'Port refinement, process hf3d error: Port '1' contacts more than one non-conducting material which violates the TEM terminal modes restriction'. Attached file is the wave port setup in the model. The solution type is the transient.

Bbp_moderatorHi,nMake sure that n1) the port is exterior to the coplanar waveguide structure and is in contact with the structure,n2) width of the port should not exceed the vias placed along the length of wave guide,n3) height of the port satisfies the criterion of Wave port size as defined in the HFSS help document.
