Can’t access help from Workbench to access user manuals with academic license.

      Hi,nMy university has an academic license for most Ansys products. In workbench I used to be able to click the help button and it would lead me to a help page. The product was recently upgraded to 2020R2 and now when I click the help button I just get the customer portal asking for log in information. Is there a way to access the help website? nWhat I am trying to access specifically is the user manual for Mechanical so that I can find the equations used by the program to calculate deformation, stress, and strain.nThank you.n
