Hello, nI obtained the following error when importing my geometry into ANSYS Mechanical:A body was processed that had faces with no facets. Mesh generation and mass property calculations may be impacted.. Any advice on how to remove this error as the software does not give any hints towards resolving the error.nThank youn

nnThis error generally means that a face exists which is so small it cannot be faceted. This usually occurs as a result of a Boolean or shared topology in Geometry where bodies imprint with each other and produce tiny sliver faces. I suspect this is a minuscule sliver produced by the shared topology operation but it's so small you can't even see it. If the mesh was generated successfully and is of good quality this means that the mesher paved right over it. Your analysis may run fine. The purpose of the message is mostly to alert you that there may be issues with the geometry model so that you can inspect their model for possible problems. If the small face has affected mesh quality this might cause mass property calculations to fail or be reported incorrectly.nnHope this helps.nnRegards,nAshish Khemkan
