How to calculate individual and total inflation layer thickness?

Given First layer Thickness, Growth Rate and Number of Layers, individual layer thickness and total thickness can be calculated as follows for inflation layers  Nth Layer Thickness = (First Layer Thickness)* (g)^(N-1). Total thickness = (First layer Thickness)*[1-g^(N+1)]/(1-g)  where g is the growth rate.

What are inflation layer options available in meshing?

In meshing, you can use Total Thickness, Smooth Transition, First Aspect Ratio and Last Aspect Ratio methods. For more information about each method, please check help manual link as follows. https://ansyshelp.ansys.com/account/secured?returnurl=/Views/Secured/corp/v194/wb_msh/msh_Inflation_Opt_Global.html?q=Total%20Thickness%20Inflation

Thank you, that answers my question. I will go ahead with Last Aspect Ratio.
