Please make sure that you do not have any overlapping bodies in mesh. If the mesh is overlapping in any region, it will give this error. Please make sure you have used sharetopology options correctly in the geometry cell to avoid any overlapping regions in mesh. ``

I want to have a non conformal mesh. So I can not use share topology. Still it gives same issue. Why?

If your geometry has high curvature faces at non conformal interface, please make sure that you have sufficient refinement on those faces. Please use refined mesh at the interface. This way cells will not have overlap and you could export the mesh.

Thank you! It worked. I refined the mesh at the interfaces and could export the mesh. Thanks again!

Hello, I have a similar problem. I am trying to create 2 enclosures, one for the top half of the box, the other for the bottom half of the box. But I got the same error that shows on the title of this thread. Help is appreciated! Thanks!
