can anyone refers me How can i model a solid body like this in space claim ?
this pipe of steel supposed be additive manufactured. Therefore, the thickness is variable along the entire body
how can i represent and model this though a sin funktion in design modeler???

If you have profiles, you can use skin/loft in DM.
Or blend in SpaceClaim.
In SpaceClaim you can create curves with equations
