Understanding geometry import via SpaceClaim

Dear support,
I am trying to understand the workflow between CAD software -> SpaceClaim ->Fluent meshing.
I have imported my surfaces into SpaceClaim, even if they are separated faces, it is a watertight geometry. I can generate successfully the surface mesh but I canot move beyond the "Describe Geometry" step because it detects the faces as open. How can I indicate to Fluent Meshing that the surfaces are connected?
