Ansys 2020 Solver Error

I am trying to solve this 2D static structural problem from 2 weeks. The meshing is good and inputs are also sufficient for the geometry to get solved. But I don't know why, this error i constantly appearing "An unknown error occurred during solution.  Check the Solver Output on the Solution Information object for possible causes"

I also tried to turn off distribute solution from the solver process settings but to my regret, the error still persists. I also have a lot of disc space free and I also tried to reinstall the software 2 times.

I am attaching the screenshot of the error message and solution information.

I am currently running out of time as my technical round for an interview will be happening within these 2 weeks so please help me to solve this error.

      Thank You!!

Please see the error message at bottom.

      Here is the solution information:

The installation of ANSYS on this computer is flawed. You need to uninstall ANSYS and follow the steps in posts about license errors to clean out your computer before you reinstall ANSYS.
