Can you help me to solve pulsatile flow?

I just want to simulate the movement of water like a heartbeat. The water will pass through a tube, and I will measure the temperature change at the end of the tube. However, in pulsed flow videos, the change in blood viscosity is adjusted, not the movement itself. I don't need to change the viscosity. I just want to define systole and diastole movement in the water. How can I do this?

The movement is usually changed too. Assuming you're using a velocity inlet have a look at expressions to vary velocity with sin(t) at some level.
