How to get started on evaporative cooling model

  Hello,
  
  I am working on a problem where I have a wet candle wick and when I blow air through the wick, I want it to create mist for cooling.
  
  Would it be possible to simulate something like this? I have seen multiphase and VOF simulations that somewhat match what I am trying to do, but I am wondering if it is possible to cause mist to be produced from a wet candle wick?

  Thank you for your reply. From what I have gathered through videos and tutorials, the physics behind creating mist spray is using VOF or multiphase, but I am unsure if I can simulate the mist creation as air moves through something like a candle wick.

  Yes, you should be able to treat 'air' as another phase in your multiphase analysis.
