  Dear developers, I'm very sorry to raise this issue. When using Ansys 2025 R1, I encountered the problem shown in the figure when importing a geometric model into Aqwa. I have repeatedly confirmed that the model is a surface body, but the attachment geometry processing progress bar remains at 0, and the model fails to load. What could be the reason for this?   The cryptic error message 'PM_ERR_PI_NOT_FOUND' means that there is no geometry interface available to translate the CAD file from its current format into the Ansys format. What type of file are you trying to import (e.g. Inventor .ipt, SolidWorks .sldprt, etc)? Depending on the file type, you may need to modify your Ansys installation (or get your IT department to) so that you have right interface installed.
