SubscriberHello,
Is it possible to access the test case files (UDF, mesh, etc.) for the tutorial named Modeling Heterogeneous Reactions with Eulerian-Granular Flow in ANSYS Fluent 13.0 ?
If yes, where can they be found?

Forum ModeratorIf it's not here https://ansyshelp.ansys.com/public/account/secured?returnurl=/Views/Secured/corp/v261/en/flu_tg/flu_tg.html it's likely not available. However, given the number of changes since R13 I'd be very wary of trying to follow the steps, and as there are reactions in the core model now it's probable that the UDF isn't needed in 26R1.Â

SubscriberYes, it is not available in the provided link.
I got the UDF from an online forum and tried to follow the steps in a PDF about this tutorial, but I obtained different results from those shown in the PDF.
This tutorial is very relevant to what I want to do, as it uses the Eulerian-granular model with gas-solid reactions, and I could not find any similar tutorial in the newer versions of ANSYS.

Forum ModeratorThere might be something in the Learning Hub but for the most part just review the documentation and look at the Phase Interaction options. Fluent R13 is from about 2007-2008 so it'll not be on a public facing system here, which means even if I did find a copy I can't share it.Â
For phase reactions the common mistake is in formation enthalpy as that's the chemical enthalpy and the latent heat etc for phase change. You'll need to set, check and be very careful with gas-solid systems.Â
