Same zone with two names

  I am creating a named selection (name blood) for the 3D domain in the mesh module. When I start the setup and go to setup dynamic mesh I see two zone names - blood and interior-blood.
  
  Under cell zone conditions - fluid - blood (fluid, id=4).
  
  But in Boundary conditions - internal - interior-blood (interior, id=1)
  
  Is this a duplication?
  
  If not, which zone should I select when assigning a deforming zone in dynamic mesh. Should I select both zones or the interior-blood as it is the zone for boundary condition.

  No, this is not a duplication. Please select 'blood' as your cell zone where you would like to use dynamic meshing. 'Interior' zone is something Fluent creates as an internal face zone for every single 'cell zone' in the domain.
