im modelling a simple heat source. but what i get is not the same as i watch online. (see pictures pls) 

this is for the heat flux: why it starts at the bottom?

here's for the temperature: no movement of temperature same ambient temperature whole throughout the domain. 

edit: I've tried exagerating the heat flux still didnt work

can you help me with this pleasee

When you say online what exactly you are comparing with? Check the setup is appropriate for this particular case?
