geometry not loading in the mesh

  the geometry is not loading in the mesh software of ansys fluent. The error messages are as follows
  
  Unable to attach to geometry file C:UsersMANJUNATH VAppDataLocalTempWB_MANJUNATHV_MANJUNATH V_13112_2unsaved_project_filesdp0FFFDMFFF.scdoc. Unable to attach geometry.
  
  PlugIn Error: Failed to import assembly from SpaceClaim. No bodies to transfer.
  
  please help me resolve this issue

  Try saving the project. Also, what are you trying to transfer? Is it a surface, solid or lines?

  I am going to transfer solid model and I tried saving it also but still it's not showing geometry in mesh

  This could be installation issue.
  
  Please uninstall and install 2020R1 with 'run as administrator'.
  
  if you are using 2D please make sure that you are drawing in XY plane.

  I already installed it by run as administrator but still it's not getting resolved

  are you using 2d or 3d?
  
  please test with a small cube.
  
  if you are using 2D please make sure that you are drawing in XY plane.
