I’ve encountered this error whilst calculating an impact problem. Could you tell me what might be causing it?

Never seend this, but

As it says, it is something to do perhaps with some contacts and the segment normals .

Do as it says perhaps and turn on automatic reoreint., or try using another contact instead like: AUTOMATIC_SINGLE_SURFACE contact.

Thank you for your reply. I’ve already tried using the AUTOMATIC_SINGLE_SURFACE contact, but it hasn’t worked. Could this be related to my previous shared nodes?

not sure, perhaps others have seen this , but if you have shared nodes why have a contact so that is strange if that is so - that is all from me, wil let other members chime in. good luck. Erko

Erko, thank you very much. I’ve tried both methods, but I’m still getting the error shown in the image. I’ll check the model again.
