Ansys License Server Connection Issues

  I am part of a student build team that has a sponsored Ansys License (we do not have the student license). Across multiple devices, we are having issues connecting to the licensing server and can only open our simulations in Read-Only mode. In the license manager, I have received an error that I have not been able to connect to any ports, with the error:

Flexible License Manager status on Mon 4/20/2026 12:14 [Detecting lmgrd processes...] Error getting status: Cannot connect to license server system. (-15,10032) Error: Command failed: C:\Program Files\ANSYS Inc\v242\licensingclient\winx64\lmutil.exe lmstat -c 1055@154.17.1.182
  
  We used to be able to connect the serve with no issues. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
