CASE and Data files error whenever imported/read

  I can export my case and data files from ANSYS Workbench, specifically Fluent, just fine. Whenever I try to import them again, I get an error: set-mesh-var! undefined variable, and the software errors out, as well as this the workbench itself says Data entity not found /Schematic/Component: Mesh, and then deletes everything off of the workbench page. I have tried reloading the mesh, saving without initializing, and nothing seems to work.

  Which version of Ansys is showing this error? may I know if it's student or academic version?
  If student try to use only 4 cores, that's the limit for student version.
