Loading Error of “Imported CFD Pressure” Load in Harmonic Acoustics

When I was performing harmonic acoustics calculations, I selected the "Imported CFD Pressure" load application method. After exporting the pressure fluctuation data in CGNS format from Fluent, no error occurred during the load import process. However, an unknown error arose during the calculation. Upon checking the error message, I found that the error was as shown in the picture below.Sometimes, the same file triggers a prompt indicating that it is not a CGNS format file.
