SubscriberHello,
I have been running steady state thermal analysis over the week. However, after trying to increase the number of cells in the mesh, I have run into a couple of errors (photos attached)
I am running it on Linux.
Thank you.

Forum ModeratorThere's a limit of 32k nodes on the Student version, did you hit that?

SubscriberI am not using the student version. I believe my lab is using the research license.

Ansys EmployeeClose all ANSYS applications, then rename the following folder to anything else
$HOME/.ansys/
If this doesn't help, can you try with different geometries/models and see if issue is persistent ?

SubscriberI have tried renaming that folder as well as starting off with a new geometry. None of them work.

Ansys EmployeeWhat OS version is this ?
What is the output of the following command
cat /etc/*release
Check ANSYS Linux installation guide Chapter 2 and make sure you install all prerequisites for your OS version.
