context toolbar missing

  i am having a problem my context toolbar it is missing and i don't know how to bring it back as shown in the picture
  
  this is the only options that i can choose, anyone can help me please

  You've managed to turn things off. Have a look for arrows that will open up panels/menus and you're looking for a Layout or View reset option. There's something to the top right of the window, just below the Windows "X" to close applications.
