      G’day mate,

A few things you should know before you can get any help.

      1. Ansys Employees are not permitted to follow any links or open any files. To get their help, you need to put a full description of your model: the geometry, materials, loads, boundary conditions and results you want to obtain. Show images of these items. Then you must show details of the error. There are lots of different types of errors, so they need to see the exact error.
      2. I am not an Ansys Employee and I do like to help when I can, so I will open other subscribers models to see if I can fix the problem.
      3. When you provide a link to download your model, it must be from a file sharing site such as Google Drive, OneDrive, or Jumpshare. Your link invites me to Sign in to Adelaide University, but I don’t have an account there! If you share your file on Google Drive, you must set the share so that Anyone with the link can open the file, not the default Restricted setting.
      4. The file you want to share is not the .wbpj file, which is useless on its own. Instead, in Workbench, use File, Archive and create a .wbpz file which contains the full model information. Put the link to that file in your reply.

Thanks PeterOZNewman - let us know if anything is needed (just post images or anything and I will be happy to help).
