Add element type from Ansys APDL to Ansys Workbench

  Hi, I am following a publication and using Ansys Workbench to simulate a steel frame structure.
  
  The article said they adopted beam188 (column, beam), shell181 (diaphragm), mass21 (additional mass), link8 (brace) for their model.
  
  How can I assign these material elements in the model?
  
  I am so new to simulation software, the question may seem stupid to some reviewers.
