  What's the maximum mesh size to start mesh study (convergency), some tips, o standard?

  Enough that you get a reasonable resolution but have sufficient resource available to refine it.

  it depends on what are you expecting from your simulation.
  
  the student license has limit of 512K cells.
  
  in general for cfd, please make sure that you have atleast 2-3 elements in any gap. make sure curvatures are captured correctly.
