Licence account issue SpaceClaim

      Dear Ansys Team,

      As a SpaceClaim user with a valid license (SCXXXXX customer ID), I would like to transfer the license currently assigned to my computer to a new device.

      In the past, I was able to manage my license through the Ansys Customer Portal, but it appears that this option is no longer available to me.

      Could you please let me know if there is a way to regain access or otherwise manage my license assignment?

      Thank you for your reply!

      I have acces to https://licensing.ansys.com, but inside the portal I get this message:

      no account found - You must be an ASC (Ansys Support Coordinator) to access the account for this customer number, please contact your sales representative.

      I bought my SpaceClaim stand alone license directly by ansys US via an ansys sales representative. I never had an issue to manage my license when changing a computer, but now this has been skipped without any message or providing another possibility.
      I am not sure if I'll get any help by the former German sales representative because her role changed inside ansys. Do you have any idea how tomproceed?
