One surface to Two surface Model Comparison

      Hello,

I am trying to replicate a rectangular beam bending analysis I performed using a single rectangular surface but now using two surfaces, the second plane offset by 1.6mm to represent a halfway mark to build off of with the second surface.

I have used a bonded connection to connect the two surfaces that have their own specified element set, stack ups, oriented selection sets, and modeling plies but I am still running into issues with the results not matching even thought the mesh looks accurate.

Any recommendations would be extremely helpful, thanks in advance.

Since the two surface are bonded together, use a single surface with more plies and don't have any bonded contact.

That is the process I followed for the my initial model and now I want to replicate it with multiple surfaces and have the same/similar results, if possible.
