Hello everyone,

I have the problem that my volumesh (2. Order Tet Elementform 17) looks normal in the preprocessing stage but looks distorted after being solved and the results (no Deformation) being loaded in the LS-PrePost Postprocessor. (Only fixed Boundarys, Implicit Dynamic). I dont know if this is only a Visualisation problem. Thank you for you help!

That looks strange if you do not have any loads – can you send a model (can not share here) to Ansys Dynamore or create a support case in ACSS and we will help.

Also a colleague will try and reach out in order to help you with this.

Hi Erik 

I realised that this kind of distortion happens in every file i solved with LS-Dyna (even the tutorial ones, see the pictures of the "BallImpactingPlate" example bellow). 

Is there some kind of Control / Outputsetting I am missing?
