How to apply torque/ moment on area of a hollow shaft

  I am final year graduate student and for my project I need to apply a torque at one end of the hollow shaft but during application of load it gives options of applying either on key points or nodes how can I solve this problem. I have uploaded a picture and I need to apply in this way expecteing a speed response
