Hi, well I have simulation a blade that the inlet's boundary condition is Pressure Inlet and the outlet is Mass Flow. But the problem is in my boundary condition I put the pressure in Gauge Total Pressure is 96483 Pa but when i saw in the result the pressure inlet is getting decrease (72830 Pa). anybody know why my pressure inlet didn't lock into 96483 ? I really need ur help. Thanks

Is your flow incompressible or compressible? And, are you observing a dip in the static pressure value (72830 Pa)?

      Thanks.

its a compressible and actually the fluid is a steam. I'm curios why the inlet fluid is changed while i set in the pressure inlet. Is it possible if the problem was because i used the material is air? because i still cant decide what fluid i used if the fluid is steam

If your fluid is steam, please use the properties of steam. I'm assuming that the velocity of the fluid is high and therefore, the flow is compressible. Is that correct?

      Thanks.

sorry, i was wrong the fluid actually a gas that contain a little SO2, the velocity for one blade i assume around 26,5 m/s  and the yes the flow is compressible. I put the air as material fluid cause i assume both of gas and air same, correct me if i was wrong

here  is what i mean about the different

Could you please perform the same using the variable 'Total Pressure' and not 'Pressure'? Are you getting a value which is closer?

      Thanks.
