      How can I resolve this error? I created a custom material and used it for a thermal-structural analysis, but I am encountering this issue. I am using Ansys Student version.

      There is no support in the Y direction in the Static Structural analysis.  The screen shot does not show the supports and loads in the Static Structural analysis. Please show how this body is supported for more help.
