SubscriberHello! I am performing the simulation of a heat exchanger using PCM-water (heat transfer fluid). Heat transfers are: conduction in the PCM, conduction in the PCM tubes, convection to water and conduction in the shell.
I would like to know in the Boundary Conditions Thermal part what are the thermal conditions to establish all the heat flows in the heat exchanger.
On the other hand, I have the following domains: hot water inlet, hot water outlet, PCM inlet (wall), PCM outlet (wall), fluid domain (water) and internal tubes (PCM).
I don't know if you have to add any more domain or so.
Thank you very much in advance.

Ansys Employee You need at least two fluid domains and the rest will be the solid domain if the solids are using the same material. Try to mesh all that conform.
