How to model acoustic waves

Hi there, I am trying to simulate the phenomenon of the acoustic trapping in acoustofluidic device in order to immobilize particles in the node of an ultrasonic standing wave field.

My system is composed by a fluid domain surrounded by a mechanical structure and a piezoelectric transducer.  The fluid domain has an inlet where the fluid (water) and particles are inserted, then in the proximity of the actuation zone, particles should be entrapped.

I tried to setup the model in ansys workbench, implementing a two way fluid-structure interaction. I have a transient structural analysis, a fluid flow analysis (fluent), and the system coupling component.

I have to assign the acoustic domain to the fluid domain, because I want to study the propagation of acoustic waves in the fluid and their interaction with the particles, is it possible to do this in fluent, or should I change my approach? Do you have any advice regarding the problem set-up?   (I am using Ansys 19.1)

       Thank you
