I'm a final year Aerospace engineering student and my final project is to simulate water droplet breakup in a wind tunnel. I wanted to know whether i could use ansys fluent for that and if yes what are the modules or curriculum that i should look in to. Please help me with this

You can, but it's not going to be that simple.

Do you want to look at the single droplet breaking up in detail or a more empiracle approach? Read up on VOF and VOF to DPM for the former and DPM break up for the latter. For the former approach you're probably also going to need significantly more cpu than a Student licence can provide: this will not be a short duration simulation.

Final comment. From experience, make sure the drain in the wind tunnel works BEFORE starting the spray system. Aero engineers and liquids tend to not work well together....

And to add, that's in Fluent.
