2020 R2 no longer starts

      our 2020 r2 space claim no longer starts up.  it has been about 6 weeks. we have the "perpetual" license which expires in 2049.  i have spoken with ansys vendors, emailed support directly because i could not send in a ticket by website because we used a yahoo email.  i have been advised to contact support to get an activation key.   i emailed them an now i am told to post to this forum. "
