Can’t see any tool on toolbox on Student Version

  Hi, ? try to workbench but nothing there for tests. Tried everything on other issues but didnt work.

  I don't know much about ansys, ? just need some test to my model rocket. I tried to import my CAD file in the .igs format but it gave me an error, then ? check some other web sites to solve they suggest to open CAD configration manager but it didn't work either.
  
  When ? watched some videos how to make these test ? saw that people have a lot of things on this toolbox board ,but ? dont have any of them like fluid flow, static structural... I check the custimize and saw that all of them clicked.

  Downloaded student version R3 a, Extracted all files and installed setup as an administrator. installation finished, restarted the PC, through search bar went to Ansys workbench 18 and here also run the program as administrator. Still, same picture as the above. No toolbox.
  
  what to do? I'm using windows 10, 64 bit system. Even before i installed, i removed all the traces of Ansys from my computer.

  I created a thread already, No reply to that. so, i'm writing here. i explained all the procedure i did. tell me the solution now. please don't ask me re post freshly or same uninstalled solution or to check the licence by CMD. i tried by all the means, i uninstalled and installed again and again and again. still no solution.
  
  i need a precise and exact solution.

  In order to determine the issue/resolution, you will have to provide the info first.

  Sorry for that, after ? read again the link you send ,deleting the environment variable ANSYSLI_ELASTIC=1 fixed my problem
