Installer Critical Error

  I tried to run the ANSYS installer but I was low on storage, and it let me try and install anyway, and it gave me an error. So I tried to install it on my other drive, that didn't work, so I cleared up some space on my C drive, and now when I try it gives me a critical error. I have enough storage, a 7700K and 1060, I tried restarting, as well as deleting the whole package and reinstalling. Any more info needed to get some help?

  Please include the screenshot inline with text as ANSYS employees are not allowed to download attachment.
  
  Also, post screenshot of disk spaces you have left on these drives.
  
  In the meantime, you can try opening CMD Prompt and enter the following command
  
  move "%appdata%ansys" "%appdata%ansys.old"
