Ansys employees are not allowed to open any files that are posted , and we do not suggest posting files directly here – other forum members might be able to perhaps, so feel free to post (no export control data) a link to a shared site or drive, dropbox share, file trasnfer site, etc., so other members can access those.
Since you are trying to mesh, I would suggest to look on tutorials as it can be a bit tricky (at least compared to Mechanical).
