SubscriberHello everyone. I'm solving an impact problem. A steel cylinder impacts a CNG plate.
When I calculate with MASSCALE D2TMS, everything works.
If I remove the mass scale, I get an error:   871 t 9.9996E-02 dt 1.15E-04 write d3plot file       10/27/25 17:51:10

Hi
As you use often large models and realistic geometries you have likely a commercial licence. It is also impossible to say what the above error is caused by with out looking at the model – please send the licence number or TECS nr, together with a NON export controlled model, via a support ticket (ACCS system), or if you are supported by a channel partner in your region, so we can help you with this issue.
All the best
Erik

Just wanted to check if you send your model to our support or your channel partner, and if so was it resolved?
Thank youErik
