Hi everyone

I am using 2020R1 and I can't select serial processing to use DTRM. I think the interface has changed. Where can I find the serial processing.

Thank for the answer. But I want to use DTRM in my model but I am getting an error "999999: mpt_accept: error: accept failed: No such file or directory". I can use all other radiation models except DTRM. What could be the reason for this.

To use serial mode, please refer to image. Set Solver Processes to 1.

No issues starting on dummy case. Can you try on simple mesh from your side?

I want to model a solar pond. This is my mesh quality. I still couldn't figure out why I got an error in DTRM.

Simplify the problem to the backbone: read mesh, activate DTRM only. Does it work?

Yes, it works. When I activated VOF, I get this error.

Please try with DO.

I can use DO. But when I use DTRM and VOF together, I get an error.
